Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all watches come with a 12 month guarantee. Vintage watches are delicate little things and by definition have lived a life before they reach you. So sometimes they will go wrong. As we want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to tell us if anything is amiss. In such circumstances, we will ask you to return the watch to us and we will have it repaired at no cost to you.
The world of vintage watches can seem very daunting to a new collector. Therefore, we try to do some of the hard work and research for you. All our watches are carefully checked before being put up for sale. We will never knowingly sell a watch that has fake or counterfeit parts. It might have replacement parts, such as a later service dial or hands, and if so, we will tell you in the watch’s description.
We are always on the lookout for new and interesting watches from the period 1950-2000. So if you have a watch you think we might be interested in, please get in touch here. Send us some photos and as full a description of it as you can. At the very least we can give you an estimate of how much we believe your watch is worth. Similarly, if you are interested in buying one of our watches, we will always consider taking a watch of yours in part exchange.

Just let us know what it is you are looking for, we can discuss your budget and our terms and we will then go and source the best we can for you from a wide selection of trusted suppliers.
If possible, we will try to make this happen. We normally meet in Central London if a client wants to check a watch before buying it. We want to make the whole process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
