It has a beautiful dial that turns from deep volcano black to a dark navy blue when it catches the light. Comfortable to wear on the wrist, courtesy of its Milanese aero steel bracelet, its design sits well for a 44mm sized watch.

Inspired by the original 1950s Superocean, it combines iconic design with contemporary details. Using the Breitling Manufacture Calibre B20, a COSC-certified chronometer based on the Tudor Calibre MT5612, it’s a stylish combination of tradition and modernity.

With triangular-shaped hands as well as a unidirectional bezel with a polished ceramic ring, the Superocean Heritage is an elegant looking diver’s watch. Water resistant to 200 metres with a glare proof sapphire crystal, it all adds up to a great watch that can be worn every day. This still has the factory sticker on the case back and only a few tiny scratches on the Breitling branded buckle.

The date window is located at the 6 o’clock position, surrounded by applied silver toned index hour markers, luminescent dots and bold luminescent filled steel hands. A perfect example of a modern watch that recognises Breitling’s classic heritage.
